Schedule
The scheduling system contains all information regarding Installer availability, location and currently scheduled tasks. The Installer themselves can update their availability for days of the week and markets at any time.

Your CSR is automatically presented with options for installation based on installer and market data. This makes the scheduling a straightforward and non-complicated process. as the CSR is automatically given options for install dates and times based on installer availability. Additionally, travel time can be defined between each zone (market) and dBOSS automatically ensures an Installer cannot be scheduled for back –to-back installs that cannot be reached in the time allotted. Additional options are presented to the CSR until the customer accepts a date and time.
