Our Software Methodology has been adapted from accepted industry practices, specifically the Agile Unified Process, to create an internal process that best suits the product’s architecture and client needs. This process focuses on eliminating risk up front by identifying high risk use cases for prototype candidates and employing an iterative development and testing approach. This methodology allows for agile type development without sacrificing the necessary activities and artifacts required for engaging in client projects.
