Vincent T. Jordan - President & CEO

Leading in the creation and development of the nation's foremost wireless broadband engineering company and the premier NGN OSS/BSS/NMS platform, Vincent Jordan brings over 34 years of systems development and management experience in multiple industries.

Beginning in 1988, Mr. Jordan was responsible for creating and operating telecommunications data centers. That experience led him to WilTel’s Advanced Technology Center where he directed the country’s first ATM switching network project, which included complete OSS, NMS and billing systems. In 1993, Mr. Jordan established and managed the Object Technology Center at SHL Systems House. Following his successful delivery of the MCI’s Friends and Family consolidation project, he was instrumental in MCI’s purchase of SHL Systems House for $1billion, cash.

As the former CTO for Systor, Swiss Bank Corporation’s IT company, Vincent was responsible for updating customer care and billing systems projects with Swiss Telecom and Basel Insurance. On the strength of these successes and experience, he founded his own Interactive Customer Care, Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment software company, Solant. Over its three years of operation, Mr. Jordan sold over $7M of Solant’s product and then merged with its largest competitor.
